Orders are dispatched in 1-3 business days from Brisbane, with most orders shipped within 48 hrs (business days).
We will email you a tracking number once the item/s are dispatched.

At this time delivery is only available to Australian addresses.
All prices quoted online include GST. All prices quoted online exclude shipping and delivery charges.
Items may have minor imperfections which are unavoidable given their method of production. As a result, any blemishes or inconsistencies in the products are considered to be features and are not considered to be defects.
In the unlikely event that your item arrived damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item due to our error, we will provide a replacement. If the item cannot be replaced, a store credit or refund will be offered at our discretion. In the event of the item being replaced, we will pay the return shipping costs. Ink You is not responsible for any damages or losses in transit of returned items.
A replacement, store credit, or refund will be issued once the item has been received and checked by our staff for breaks or damages.
If you need to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You will need to supply your order number, details about the product you would like to return, and photos of the item. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
If an item is returned that does not comply with our Returns Policy, we will not approve and process the replacement, store credit, or refund. We reserve the right to not return an item which does not comply with our Returns Policy. Please contact our team to enquire about the validity of your return if you are unsure.
You should expect to receive your replacement within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a replacement quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for us to send a replacement item back to you (5 to 10 business days).
Store Credit or Refund
You should expect to receive your store credit or refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive it quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for us to process a refund or provide store credit to you (3 to 5 business days). Refunds will be made to the same form of payment as used for the order. Please note that refund payment times are dictated by the issuing bank and are outside our control.
The refunded amount will be the price paid for the item, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
